Another 2 hour plus wait ,rediculous waiting times ,get your act together &,get more loaders on copart, your making enough money to do so !!!!!
Sometimes the staff are ok sometimes not so good the wait here is getting longer and longer the drivers seem to be doing wacky racing round the back or unloading their own trucks and before u know its lunch time or brew time adds to the wait so if u come to Chester bring a packed lunch an brew and a game of chess while u wait
Their new system seems to have made things a lot slower. You used to hand the fork truck drivers the receipt then they would go and get it. Now it is all digital and seems to take a lot longer than it used to be.
They were brilliant from start to finish. I was kept in the loop all the way. The Barry the driver arrived on time and, Bev in Customer Service who took my call in the morning of the collection day was super helpful. Well done folks.
Staff in office doing paperwork are friendly and efficient...better than some other Copart depots! Sometimes there can be a long wait to get your car loaded but this does vary from day to day. Loaders are usually OK but one of them isn't as hard working as the others in my opinion...always seems to be stopping for a pee or tea.
